“During my time with Liesl I have accomplished so much.

Although I had reached my goal weight before meeting Liesl I still wanted to tone up and feel confident in my recent accomplishment. I did this and more.

I have since lost more than another stone (15lbs) and my body has completely changed. Not only am I more toned- losing a further 3" off my legs, bum and stomach, but as well as that I am both mentally and physically stronger, achieving things I never thought I could. The main one being I am no longer afraid to throw a punch- at a punching bag mind!!

When I first started with Liesl, I had massive issues with my balance, namely that I had none! Over the last 6 months Liesl has given me exercises to combat this. Some were really difficult at the start but I can see my own progress develop as when I do them now I no longer struggle, and also in other parts of my life, I have noticed a huge difference.

Liesl's Hard Core and BOOTCAMP classes are hard and tough, I come back bruised and achy guaranteed, but I wouldn't want any less! I know she pushes me to do the most I can therefore I get the most and best out of every work out. Although Liesl is not mean or forceful about it, she helps you achieve your personal best and helps you progress everytime you can. I love coming away sore as I know I have worked hard and will see results.

Liesl is always encouraging and when you think you have nothing left to give she will always help you find that last little push to complete the set or exercise, always making you feel elated that you have done it yourself!

I will always be thankful for what Liesl has taught me on and off the punching bag! And the results she has helped me achieve.
