Meet Liesl - Founder and Owner of It's Personal, Personal Training


I have an extensive background in dance and sports as I was a dancer and a competitive swimmer for 13 years. I participated in football, softball, baseball, volleyball, basketball, and any other sport I could find to play. I also grew up playing tag American football in the cul-de-sac with my neighbours and family.  I have been a certified personal trainer in Oxford, Peterborough and Stamford since 2011 and I love every minute of it! 

I am a goal orientated Personal Trainer currently training to Swim the English Channel (again!) in aide of Young Minds and National Autistic Society. My English Channel swim will be the first of the Oceans 7 Challenge which is the swimming 7 Channels including, The English Channel, North Channel (The Irish Channel), Cooks Straight, Straight of Gibraltar, Moloka'i Channel, Catalina Channel and The Tsugaru Channel
