My name is Liesl Norris and I am the owner and founder of It's Personal, Personal Training. Growing up, I often played tag American football with my neighbours and family in the cul-de-sac. I also played most other sports that I had the chance to participate in. I was also a competitive swimmer and dancer, both for 13 years each.
Upon moving to the UK, I began working at The Stamford Arts Centre as a choreographer teaching children and young teens acting, body movement and dance.
In 2011 I became a certified personal trainer, and from then on I havn't looked back! I love helping my clients overcome their physical and emotional challenges, reach their goals and obtain a state of fitness and health for the better.
